03 / Route Assessment

Which freight profile fits your operation?

Four short questions. You get a profile, a recommended coverage tier, and a starting point for your quote.

Question 1 of 4

What are you shipping most often?

04 / Process

Three steps from quote to delivery

No portals to learn, no per-load renegotiation. You send the details — we handle the rest.

  1. Quote in 60 seconds

Send origin, destination, weight, and equipment. You get a real number — not a range that changes later.

  2. Verified carrier dispatched

Authority, insurance, and safety score checked before the truck rolls. You get the carrier name up front.

  3. Tracked until delivery

GPS pings, milestone alerts, and a dispatcher who picks up when something needs a decision.

05 / What you get

Built for people who own the shipment

  • A single named dispatcher who knows your lanes and your receivers by name.
  • Carrier vetting on authority, insurance, safety score, and prior on-time history.
  • Live GPS tracking plus automatic milestone alerts to your inbox or phone.
  • Detention, accessorials, and reconsignment priced up front — no surprise line items.
  • One invoice per week with load-level detail your accounting team can reconcile.

06 / Coverage Tiers

Pick the coverage that fits

All tiers include carrier vetting, live tracking, and a named dispatcher.

08 / Field Notes

What changed for shippers like you

SituationCarrier no-shows were costing three to four late deliveries a week during peak.

What we didMoved two core lanes to a dedicated carrier pair with named backup coverage.

What changedLate deliveries dropped to roughly one a month over the next quarter.

Industrial · Manufacturing

Parts supplier, cross-country lanes

SituationQuotes took two days and rates shifted between quote and booking.

What we didLocked a 90-day rate on three flatbed lanes with reserved capacity.

What changedQuote turnaround fell under an hour and freight spend became predictable.

Food · Cold Chain

Specialty foods distributor

SituationTemperature logs arrived late, complicating retailer compliance audits.

What we didStandardized reefer carriers with pre-cool checks and same-day log upload.

What changedAudit prep went from days to hours and two retail accounts expanded.

09 / Shippers

What logistics managers say

We were drowning in carrier calls every Monday. Now one dispatcher handles our whole week. Our dock schedule finally holds.

Dana MeyersLogistics Manager, Vantage Retail

The quote I get is the quote I pay. That alone saved us hours of reconciliation every month.

Ravi KrishnanSupply Chain Lead, Ironline Mfg

Reefer coverage used to be our weakest link. They pre-check temperature and send logs the same day. Retail audits got much easier.

Sofia PatelDistribution Manager, Coldpath Foods

We ship six loads a month, so I assumed we were too small to matter. The response time says otherwise.

Tyler BrooksOperations Manager, Harbor Bay Supply

A driver broke down outside Shreveport on a Friday night. They had a reload covered before I finished my coffee on Saturday.

Elena CruzFreight Manager, Northgate Home Goods

The people who answer the phone

Rafael Ortiz

  • 14 years in domestic truckload operations
  • Built carrier compliance programs for 400+ fleets

"A load is only covered when the truck is at the dock. Everything before that is planning."

Lead Dispatcher

  • Runs the 6 AM–9 PM CT dispatch desk
  • Specialist in reefer and time-critical freight

"Shippers don't need more updates. They need the one update that says the problem is handled."

11 / FAQ

Questions we get every week

Every carrier is checked against FMCSA authority, active insurance certificates, safety score, and out-of-service history before we tender a load. We also review prior on-time performance on comparable lanes. Carriers who fail a check are removed from the pool, not downgraded. You receive the carrier name and MC number before pickup.

Your dispatcher contacts you as soon as a delay is identified — not after the delivery window passes. We confirm the cause, give a revised ETA, and propose options: wait, transload, or re-cover with a backup carrier. Re-covering a failed pickup costs you nothing extra. Delays caused by weather or receiver issues are documented for your records.

Standard coverage on major lanes happens within a few hours during desk hours. Same-day and expedited requests are prioritized and often covered within 60 to 90 minutes, depending on lane density and equipment type. If we cannot cover at the quoted rate, we tell you before booking rather than after.

One named person owns your loads end to end. They know your lanes, your receivers, your appointment rules, and your paperwork requirements. They book carriers, monitor transit, handle exceptions, and send you a single weekly summary. You get a direct phone number and a direct email — no ticket queue and no repeating your account details to a new rep.

Yes. Reefer loads are handled with pre-cool verification, continuous temperature logging, and same-day log upload after delivery. We ask for your target range and any receiver-specific requirements before dispatch, and we confirm the trailer is set correctly before the driver arrives at your dock. Both frozen and refrigerated ranges are supported.

New accounts are typically prepaid or card-on-file for the first load, then net 15 or net 30 once the account is established. We issue one consolidated invoice per week with load-level detail, including linehaul, fuel, and any accessorials. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums on Spot Market, and no charges for quote requests.
